I made a new little family with lovely people from around the world, and we spent the week wandering beaches and forests, swimming in a mineral pool, biking through Calistoga vineyards and connecting with strangers in a way none of us expected. I’m thankful for time to focus and recalibrate spiritually, mentally and physically and to remember what’s most important. I didn’t take many photos (except for all of our plant-based meals ... coming next😋), but I have these little memories. #StHelena #GoatRockBeach #TakeTen #GetYourZenOn #DontForgetToBreatheThankful for summertime walks where the blackberries live. #summertime #blackberries #napaSwipe...Summers are for dinners that come straight from garden bounty. I’ve heard about the Ace Hotel. All over the place. So we went to drink its Stumptown coffee and take pictures in the photobooth. Yay.
