Five Senses Monday

Good morning, friends. Pardon the cell phone pics … more to come, I swear. It was a super busy weekend filled with hours of cliff jumping and swimming (I decided to stay in the water), making stuff for this weekend’s art show, the festival, searching for and then canceling a lost debit card. Fun.

Now, it’s time for Five Senses Monday, where I reflect on the last few days through the five senses. Play along!

Smelling:
The tantalizing smell of a Lockeford sausage on the grill. I gave in. And loved it.

Feeling:
Somewhat frazzled. Working, preparing for an art show and trying to finish a project for the photo class while trying to keep a steady social life-workout/cooking regime is proving to be quite exhausting.

Tasting:
A pre-lake day breakfast burrito from the tortilla factory. Simply the best.

Hearing:
Cheesy luche libre wrestlers in a festival ring.

Seeing:
Piles of magazine pages as I (almost) finished making my art guitar at 3 a.m.

  1. Look at those rides that crazy people go on. The only ride I could take was the one in the car to get there.
